JUNA Brand Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions
By applying to or participating in the JUNA Brand Ambassador Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Program is subject to approval by JUNA. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion and may suspend or remove a Brand Ambassador at any time if these Terms are breached or if participation no longer aligns with our brand values or commercial interests.
Brand Ambassador commissions are calculated on net order value only and exclude taxes, shipping fees, refunds, chargebacks, and cancelled orders. Commission rates are set by product and may be updated from time to time. Current standard commission rates are up to 15% on 12 Packs, up to 10% on 24 Packs, and up to 8% on 48 Packs.
Full commission rates apply only to orders placed by first-time customers. Orders placed by returning or recurring customers are eligible for a reduced commission rate, currently set at 5%. Customer status is determined by JUNA based on Shopify and internal order records, and this determination is final.
Commission is payable only when a valid Brand Ambassador discount code is used at checkout. Orders that use non-ambassador discount codes, including brand-wide promotions, welcome offers, paid advertising codes, or retail-specific promotions, are not eligible for Brand Ambassador commission. Discount stacking is not permitted. If an order uses a discount greater than 15%, JUNA reserves the right to reduce the commission or set the commission to zero.
Brand Ambassadors may not purchase JUNA products using their own referral links or discount codes. Self-purchases, cashback abuse, or attempts to generate commission on personal or household orders are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of commission and removal from the Program.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscription orders are not eligible for ongoing Brand Ambassador commission. Where applicable, commission may apply to the first subscription order only and may be paid at a reduced rate.
Brand Ambassadors must not bid on JUNA brand terms or variations in paid search advertising, represent themselves as employees or official spokespeople of JUNA, list discount codes on coupon or deal aggregation websites without written approval, or make misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims about JUNA products. All promotional activity must comply with applicable advertising standards, consumer protection laws, and platform-specific policies.
Commission payouts are processed monthly and are subject to a holding period to allow for refunds, chargebacks, and fraud checks. JUNA reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions for refunded, cancelled, or disputed orders.
Brand Ambassadors may use only approved JUNA brand assets. Any unauthorised modification, misuse, or misrepresentation of JUNA branding, imagery, or messaging is prohibited.
Either party may terminate participation in the Brand Ambassador Program at any time. Upon termination, Brand Ambassadors must immediately cease use of JUNA referral links, discount codes, and brand assets. Any valid outstanding commissions earned prior to termination will be paid in accordance with these Terms.
JUNA may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Brand Ambassador Program following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
