Cancellation Policy

Some products in our store may be available as a subscription or a pre-order. This policy explains how changes and cancellations work for these purchase types.

Because JUNA products are food items, returns are limited for health and safety reasons. For full details, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout.

  • Your payment details are stored securely and you’ll be charged for each scheduled delivery (unless you choose a prepaid option, where available).

  • Some subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

  • You can update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed.

To manage your subscription, use the link in your subscription confirmation email or log into your customer account (if enabled on our store).

Important: If an upcoming subscription order has already been processed or dispatched, we may be unable to cancel or change it.

Returns and refunds for subscription orders are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.


Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet available for immediate dispatch.

We may:

  • charge the full amount at checkout, or

  • take a partial payment or deposit, and charge the remaining amount closer to dispatch (depending on how the pre-order is set up)

You can cancel a pre-order any time before it has been fulfilled/dispatched. If we have taken payment, we will refund the amount paid back to your original payment method.

Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it can’t be cancelled. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will assess and provide a remedy in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.


Try Before You Buy

JUNA is a consumable product, so “try before you buy” is not generally available unless explicitly offered.

If we do offer a “try before you buy” arrangement on a specific item or promotion:

  • we will authorise your payment method before shipping

  • you will have a set period of time to decide whether to keep the item

  • if the item is not returned within that period, you will be charged the full amount

Any “try before you buy” terms, timelines, and eligibility will be displayed clearly at checkout and in your confirmation email.
