Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

During high-volume periods such as product launches, promotions, or sale events, processing times may be longer. We’ll always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been packed and handed to the courier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia. International shipping may be available from time to time and will be displayed at checkout if applicable.

Orders are shipped from New Zealand unless otherwise stated.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website and at checkout. Any free shipping offers apply only to eligible routes and during the stated promotional period.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

New Zealand

  • Standard delivery: 1–4 business days after dispatch

Australia

  • Standard delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather events, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.


Authority to Leave & Risk Transfer

Orders may be sent signature-required where available.

If you choose or request Authority to Leave (ATL) with the courier, delivery is considered complete once the parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier. Risk transfers to you at that point.

We’re unable to add or modify courier instructions after checkout.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • we may charge a reshipping fee, or

  • refund the order minus shipping costs

We can’t be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.


Delays & Lost Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier.

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@drinkjuna.com and we’ll work with the courier to investigate. While we’ll do our best to assist, delivery delays caused by carriers are outside our control.


Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or otherwise compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the damage and packaging

We’ll assess the issue and provide a remedy in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.


Food Product Handling

JUNA products are food items. Once delivered, we’re unable to accept returns for change-of-mind reasons. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
