Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from JUNA. As a food and beverage brand, our returns policy reflects food safety standards while ensuring we meet our obligations under consumer law.

Change of Mind Returns

Because JUNA products are food items, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, including for unopened products. This is due to health, safety, and hygiene requirements once food products leave our control.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email hello@drinkjuna.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we’ll offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit, in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act. Where required, we’ll cover return shipping.

Opened Products

We do not accept returns of opened food products unless the product is deemed faulty or unsafe.

Bundles & Multi-Packs

If an issue relates to a product purchased as part of a bundle or multi-pack, the full bundle may need to be assessed to determine the appropriate remedy.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Sale items and gift cards are final and are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by law.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Your Rights Under New Zealand Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, we will provide a remedy as required by law.
