Discount eligibility

Discounts apply to JUNA drinks only unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

Final pricing, eligible items, and discount details are shown on the product page and/or at checkout.

  • One offer per order

  • Discounts and promo codes are not combinable unless explicitly stated

  • No rain checks or backorders

Bundle tiers

If tiered bundle pricing is offered, it will be clearly displayed in-cart and/or at checkout. Only eligible products count toward bundle thresholds. If a product is excluded, it will not contribute to unlocking higher tiers.

No retrospective discounts

Discounts can’t be applied to past purchases. We do not offer price adjustments for orders placed before the promotion begins.

Spend calculation, currency, and taxes

Any tiered savings, free shipping thresholds, or gift-with-purchase (GWP) thresholds are calculated on a single transaction subtotal after discounts, including GST where applicable, before shipping and fees.

  • Orders can’t be combined to reach thresholds

  • Thresholds are assessed in the checkout currency on your local site

  • GST applies to orders shipping to New Zealand and Australia

  • For other destinations, duties and taxes may be charged to the receiver

Gift With Purchase and Free Shipping

Available while stocks last. We may substitute, remove, or end any GWP at any time.

A GWP will appear in your cart and on your order confirmation when eligible. If it does not appear, allocation has been exhausted and we can’t add it later.

  • One GWP per order

  • GWP has no cash value and isn’t refundable or exchangeable

  • If an approved refund reduces the qualifying spend below the threshold, we may require the GWP to be returned unopened or deduct its advertised value from the refund

Thresholds (if applicable):

  • Free Shipping for orders over $100 on eligible NZ routes

  • Free Sample for orders over $120

  • Free Gift for orders over $250

If these offers are active, the exact details will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping and dispatch timing

Free shipping (if offered) applies to deliveries within New Zealand only, unless otherwise stated.

During peak periods like Black Friday, dispatch and delivery may take longer than usual. Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery timeframes are outside our control.

Signature-required delivery may be used where available. If you have or request Authority to Leave through the carrier, risk transfers on the carrier’s delivery scan. We can’t add courier notes after checkout.

Country-specific offers and availability

Offers, eligibility, discount tiers, and thresholds may vary by country.

Offers are valid only for orders placed on, and shipping to, the same regional site. We may cancel orders routed through the wrong region.

Deals apply only on JUNA official sites, not via stockists or marketplaces.

Exclusions and limits

Unless stated, promotions exclude:

  • Subscriptions (if applicable)

  • Gift cards

  • Wholesale orders

  • Already discounted bundles or marked-down items

We may limit quantities per person, household, account, payment method, or order. We may cancel orders suspected of reseller activity or bulk purchasing.

Order accuracy and changes

Please check your address and order details before checkout.

We can’t edit items, merge orders, change delivery addresses, or cancel discounted orders after checkout, except where required by law.

Returns during sale periods (food products)

Discounted items are final for change-of-mind purposes.

Because JUNA products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once delivered, except where products arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

This does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or the Australian Consumer Law for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Any approved refund is based on the discounted price paid and excludes any GWP value.

Errors and changes

We may update, extend, or end this promotion at our discretion. If a pricing or stock error occurs, we may cancel and refund the affected order.

JUNA products are sold for personal use only and not for resale. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice. We may limit quantities or refuse service at our discretion.

We make every effort to display product information accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device and screen settings.

Orders, billing, and account information

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders, limit quantities, or cancel suspected reseller activity.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk passes to you once the order is transferred to the carrier, unless required otherwise by law.

Returns and refunds (food products)

Because JUNA products are food items, returns and exchanges are not available once delivered, except where products arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and other applicable consumer laws are not limited by this policy.

Errors and corrections

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery times and availability at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

Third-party links

We may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting changes on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
